To Scrap minibook project by Sarah Palmer

I thought I would make a little book to hold photos that I've taken each month and want to scrap using the Crate Lemongrass range that Sarah's Cards sent me to work with. You can make any size you want but as I only seem to scrap pics that aren't any bigger than 6"x4" I made mine to hold photos that measure this size.

You will need:
12 envelopes (one for each month)
2 pieces of mountboard/chipboard or strong card measuring 1/2" wider than your envelopes
2 pieces of patterned paper (I used Crate Lemon Grass range)
2 pieces of co-ordinating cardstock
Bind-it-all and wire
Begin by covering the front of the mountboard with your patterned paper. After you've done that, cover the inside of the mountboard with contrasting cardstock. Grab your 12 envelopes and cut a little section away from the flap on the left hand side to make room for the binding (see below), if you're using a Bind-it-all you don't need to do this.

With the BIA, take your envelopes and mountboard covers and make the holes. Next, pop your binding wire into the holes and close it wih the BIA. One finished book ready for decorating!
With your journal/circle stamp, stamp onto each of the envelopes in the bottom right hand corner and stick a chipboard letter on top of that...J for January, F for February etc.

To decorate the cover, stick and American Crafts chipboard frame onto the cover on the bottom right hand side and using the Crate Paper alphas, stick 'to scrap' inside the frame.

One finished book that has taken 30 minutes to make :)
Thanks for looking,
Sarah P.
