Lavaflow by Jen

Jen has been creating with the American Crafts Romance range, as she's a newlywed we thought these would be perfect for her to scrap some wedding photos, but here she shows us they don't just have to be used for love themed pages. We love the chipboard heart detail and that the photo is the main focus of the page.

Jen Says: I wanted to show how this range could be used for alternative themes, you don't have to stick to romantic or valentines themes! The chipboard letters are perfect for doodling on - just a simple white outline drawn on makes them really stand out, or you could go wild and draw whatever designs you like on them. To add a bit of interest to the chipboard cutout shape I backed it with bright card, filled with diamond glaze and then poured clear beads. I then poured some more diamond glaze over the beads to keep them all in place.

That heart embellishment is inspired - will definitely be trying that!
