Raspberry Leaf Tea by Louise
As Louise's third baby is due any day now -yay!- we thought we'd share this fab layout she created for us using MME papers. We love that Louise has captured something that might be forgotten in years to come with this layout, and all the little details she has used to embellish the page.

Bathtime Beauty by Cathy
Cathy created this cute layout for us using the lovely American Crafts Amplified papers which are now a great price in our sale.
Cathy explains how she did it:
Cathy explains how she did it:
I started this layout by matting a smaller piece of white cardstock onto the salmon to create a narrow boarder. The 'Saturday Night Fever' embossed paper made it so easy for me to cut out the circles, some of them I handcut & others I used punches, I then staggered them & used 3D foam to create a 'bubble' effect!
The largest crown I covered with the 'Boogie' paper, the medium one is painted with Adirondack Dabber in Lettuce and the smallest was inked & heat embossed, I stacked them up & finished off with a row of green rhinestones.
My title is Heidi Swapp & Thickers Gift Box chipboard letters & the journalling is Adornit tiny letters.

School Trip by Rachael Elliott
Here's another layout from Rachael E using the AC Teen range. We love the idea of getting your children to record their memories on a page and the way all the circles draw your eye to the photo.
Rachael explains how she created her layout:
I have decided this year to set myself a few goals, one of them is to include more journalling on my layouts as preserving the story behind the photos is after all one of the reasons why the majority of us scrap. I have been trying to find different ways of adding journalling and thought that it would be great to record my childrens memories and thoughts on events rather than just my own. To create the journalling on this layout I drew out the size of the journalling box on a piece of A4 printer paper in pencil and asked Rebecca to write down her memories about the trip. Then I rubbed out all the pencil lines, scanned it into my computer, printed it out onto acetate and secured it onto my page using glossy accents. If you are going to give this a go make sure that you use suitable acetate, I didn't once and it was a disaster!
How about using glossy accents to add extra little details and dimension to your layouts, I have added little dots down the center of my black circle and covered each letter in my title.

On Reflection by Nat
Nat created another beautiful layout for us using the Crate Prudence range. Here she explains how she did it:
I used the “Charity” shaped paper as a base, and added a large piece of “Temperance” centrally on top of this. I then took a strip of “Fortitude” and layered it across my page with my photo on top – however I was careful to stick these in a way that would create a pocket for my journaling card that would hold it snugly in place.
To create the journaling card, I took a small piece of “Virtue”, tore the bottom for a note pad look and inked all the edges. I added the scalloped edge from the “Glitter Borders” pack to create a decorative top that’s easy to hold to pull the journaling out, and decorated it with a couple of rhinestones.
I created my title using some tiny alphas and some of the “alpha twist” letter stickers. To continue the reflection theme, I gave the stickers a glossy appearance by going over them a few times with a clear sakura glaze pen.
As it’s a masculine layout I went easier on the embellishments than I normally would, simply adding a Glitter Border and some rhinestones to mimic the sparkle of water.

Landmark by Rachel
Rachel W made this lovely layout for us using Bella BLVDs Pack Your Bags range with a little bit of American Crafts Travel thrown in to embellish the layout. We love the way Rachel has highlighted the photo with the AC Travel miniMARKS and how the circle elements and handstitching tie it all together.
Rachel says: I have scrapped this photo more times than I care to remember, it's one of my favourites. I've incorporated lots of layering here, I really like using circles on my layouts - I just use a compass and try and incorporate the join in somewhere. I have also done some hand stitching to add some extra detail onto this page.

Lavaflow by Jen
Jen has been creating with the American Crafts Romance range, as she's a newlywed we thought these would be perfect for her to scrap some wedding photos, but here she shows us they don't just have to be used for love themed pages. We love the chipboard heart detail and that the photo is the main focus of the page.
Jen Says: I wanted to show how this range could be used for alternative themes, you don't have to stick to romantic or valentines themes! The chipboard letters are perfect for doodling on - just a simple white outline drawn on makes them really stand out, or you could go wild and draw whatever designs you like on them. To add a bit of interest to the chipboard cutout shape I backed it with bright card, filled with diamond glaze and then poured clear beads. I then poured some more diamond glaze over the beads to keep them all in place.

Look of Innocence by Nat
Nat has been working with the gorgeous Prudence line by Crate and created some stunning layouts for us.
Nat says: Using “Consideration” as my base, I layered smaller pieces of “Discretion” and “Vigilance” on top to the right side of the page. I added my photo, on which I created my title using the “alpha twist” letter stickers. I ran around them in black pen to make sure they popped from my photo. I then added two of the “Glitter Borders” across the bottom of my picture, and created an embellishment cluster in the right bottom corner using some of the “glitter die cuts”, some flowers, buttons, a chipboard heart sticker and rhinestones. To complete the page I mounted it on to some coordinating bazzil cardstock.
